  5 stars for the few employees who truly care about those who come in for their medications. 1 star for their unorganized system & employees. 10/10 times when I call in for a refill ((the day before)) I still have to wait for my medication to be refilled when I go in to pick it up. I make sure I speak with someone on the phone to confirm my request through the automatic system hasn't fallen through the cracks! Do they just forget? So stressful!!!!!!! The Medicine Shoppe in Newport has less employees and a drive through. I never once have waited longer than 5 minutes ((without calling in prior)). Rite Aid needs to step it up!
